About NOS Power Binary (Binary Layers Squared)

NOS Power Binary is a Power Binary Language (NOS PBL) and is a three dimentional binary system which utilizes layers of counts and shifts in colum and row format.

NOS PBL is scripted in Ozzy Slang using Ozzy Runes (numberpirates.com/runes).

The following pages are hyjacked using the Cubic Number System from Numerical Understanding (numberpirates.com/numes).

NOS PBL uses it's own unique number system (Square Number System) which replaces traditional binary which is limited to zero's and one's.
